Level #3: Check with your MIS head. (skip this if you have no MIS department)
Level #4Get your MIS department to email ESI - if you have no MIS department you will have to do this yourself or find some one who know how to.
Level #5 Get you MIS department to telephone ESI who will run remote diagnostics. Again, you will have to do this yourself if you have no MIS department.
