Dear Slacker,
How's it going old chump? Not like old place I bet! As the good lady wife says, it's good to have something on the boil.

Well, I had a good look around - pretty impressive from this end of the tube! Just don't have the time for this sort of thing myself, the nostalgia business being what it is. But, if you pushed me, I could come up with something on helicopters.

Keep it up!

Dear Slacker,
I just read "A Rural Year with Sam". It's TERRIFIC! I can't wait for April's installment. I think this will become another habit with me.

Dear Slacker
Hello old stoker! How goes the winter in Slackville? We've been having a grand old time here in Basingstoke - ice on the roundabouts, total chaos! The good lady slipped over on the way to the chemists (usual problem), broke a leg and is laid up in the cottage hospital. Bliss! Thank the gods for slippery pavements.

So, Slacker, the omens look good for the new millennium, fun for all. By the way, I've got a shipment of helicopter blades coming in next week.

Keep chugging!
Punta,
Basingstoke.
